Ordering and shipment

Have you found something of your choice in the webshop that you’d like to buy? Then by clicking “Add to cart” you can add the item to your order. After you enter your contact information and shipping requirements in the shopping cart menu and click “Order”, an email will come my way with all the information. You don’t have to pay at this point.

I normally respond to your email fairly quickly and certainly within a few hours. My email to you consists of a confirmation of the order and a payment link with which you can pay for the ordered items and (if applicable) the shipping costs. For shipping I work with PostNL and DHL and the rates they use. After receiving your payment the order will be shipped as soon as possible or we will make an appointment for pick-up.

This way I am not bound by the restrictions and costs that online payment service providers impose ánd I have a more personal contact with you as a customer. Great fun!
