Occasionally a product in my webshop has a beautiful story attached to it. Or the creation of a customized order was such a great experience that I’d like to share it. Who knows I might inspire you with these stories.
But in turn, I am also inspired by others, in very different areas.

On a summer Friday afternoon, I rang the doorbell of a very cute little house in the northern part of town. The owner was cleaning up in connection with an impending move. Among other things, a fire hose from her brother had surfaced. I did not expect to hear the intense story behind that.
The basis for this series was a bookcase with a specific design. We extended this design to a coffee table, a side table and a TV cabinet. Finally, to finish it off, we added a sofa hanger for storing phone chargers, remote controls and reading material.
Barbara’s favorite purse was worn down to the wire and no longer available at that one store. So at her request, I made two replicas in different styles, but of exactly the same model.
This time, only a small part of the whopping 2.5 meters wide furniture was made of reused materials. The two drawers came from an old baker’s cupboard and I made the legs from reused pallet wood.
Monique had a favorite shoulder bag from the 1980s. But she no longer liked the skai leather and bright colors. She asked me to recreate the bag in her favorite colors.
Benno worked intensively for years as a coach together with his special Spanish horse Fiablo. They had a very close relationship. The unexpected death of Fiablo hit hard. Two years later Benno asked me to make a piece of jewelry with the white horsehair.
For a renowned manufacturer of potato products, I made the furniture for decorating their exhibition stand, completely in style with the overall concept.
Flory’s daughter has a fascination with gemstones. She liked a moldavite the most. The young lady couldn’t believe her eyes when she opened the matching custom-made gift box.
